Who is responsible for your information

Go Yolo Travel is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at will@goyolotravel.co.uk.

Contact and quote enquiries

Our Contact and Beat the Quote forms open your own email app with the information you enter. The website does not save a database copy. If you choose to send the email, your name, email address, enquiry and any trip or quote details you provide are delivered to our Hostinger business email account.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the Beat the Quote service and manage any continuing conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and operating these requested services.

We normally delete enquiry and quote emails within 12 months of the last contact, unless the conversation remains active or we need to retain information for a legal or record-keeping reason. Contact details are not added to a marketing list without separate permission.

If you separately give permission on the Beat the Quote form, we may use non-identifying trip details and quoted prices in public Go Yolo Travel content. We will not publish your name or email address. You may withdraw that permission by contacting us before the content is published.

Affiliate links

Some links take you to third-party booking providers and may identify Go Yolo Travel as the referring website. The provider processes your booking and payment under its own privacy policy.

Anonymous page-load and source totals

Every page load adds one to a basic daily total for that page. If you arrive through a tagged Go Yolo Travel social link, or your browser provides a referring website, the counter also records the referring platform as an aggregate source total. This counter does not use cookies or store an IP address, device identifier or visitor profile. It cannot identify unique visitors and its totals may include repeat page loads and automated traffic.

Optional Google Analytics

If you accept optional analytics, we separately use Google Analytics to measure visits, page views, approximate location, device and browser information, referral sources, scrolling and outbound-link selections. This helps us understand which content and booking routes are useful. We have disabled advertising signals and do not use this information for personalised advertising.

Google Analytics does not load before you accept. Consent is our lawful basis for this processing. You can reject it or withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies that our website can access. Anonymous page-load totals and Google Analytics figures are separate measurements and must not be added together. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Travelpayouts Drive

If you accept optional cookies, Travelpayouts Drive analyses page content and visitor interactions to identify relevant travel offers. It may add affiliate links or recommendations and may use cookies or similar technologies. Travelpayouts processes information under its own privacy policy. Drive does not load before you accept optional cookies. You can change your choice in “Cookie settings” in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. Contact will@goyolotravel.co.uk.

The Go Yolo Travel app

The app has its own privacy controls covering trip data, analytics choices, export, forgetting a trip on a device and deletion by the trip creator.
